Places That Only New Zealand Have

Today we looked at some things only new Zealand has. here are some.

Identity Art

On Wednesday, Mrs Fonua gave us pieces of paper and we had to draw pattern's around it. After we put the pieces together and they made a letter. All of the letters put together makes the word Identity.

Tally The Word

Yesterday, we played a game called tally the word. Mrs Fonua gave us a word and each time it said that word we had to tally it. I haven't won any of them but I might next time.

Making Ice Blocks

Room 13 Make Ice Block!

WALT: write a recount.

On Tuesday we made delicious, icy ice blocks.  It was really fun and really flavorful. We used ice block sticks, a cup, raro and lemonade. 

First we put the raro in the cup and then put the lemonade in the cup next. After we put the glad wrap on it and stabbed the stick through the glad wrap. Lastly we put the cups in the freezer and waited for them to freeze.

On Wednesday we took them out to see the end result. Some of them were actual ice blocks but others had slushies. In the end it all worked out and it was appetising. 

In conclusion, I felt joyful because the ice blocks were so nice and cold in my mouth. Have you ever made ice blocks? Imagine if we made booger flavored ice blocks. Would you eat it?
