Litmus Test

 Today in technology science class, we did a litmus test. We first learned about different types of dangerous acids and bases. Next we learned that when you mix the most dangerous acid and base you get drinkeable water. After we had 11 different substances and we put a red and blue paper inside to see if it would change colors to red or blue. Before that we had to predict if the color would change to blue or red if it was put into that substances. In the end, it was a really fun experience.

Flower Operation

 Today in science tech we took apart a hibiscus flower. We had to use a knife to cut the parts of the hibiscus flower. We first cut the flower in half so that we could seee the inside of the flower. We then took the style out which was really hard because the style is hard to find. Lastly we took the petals out and took photos of them.
